Loyalty Program Disclaimer

1. Eligibility:
   The Confession Tea Loyalty Program is open to all customers who sign up and agree to the program’s terms and conditions. By participating, you acknowledge that you meet the eligibility criteria and agree to the terms outlined on this page.

2. Points and Rewards:
   Points earned through the loyalty program have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Rewards are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. Confession Tea reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value.

3. Program Changes:
   Confession Tea reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in earning rates, redemption values, and program terms.

4. Account Responsibility:
   Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their loyalty accounts. Confession Tea is not responsible for unauthorized access or use of your account.

5. Points Expiry:
   Points earned may have an expiration date, as specified in the program’s terms. Expired points cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

6. Abuse or Misuse:
   Any fraudulent activity, misuse, or abuse of the loyalty program may result in the termination of your account and forfeiture of all points and rewards.

7. Governing Law:
   The loyalty program and its terms are governed by the laws of Australia. By participating, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.

8. Disputes:
   In the event of any dispute regarding points, rewards, or the program, Confession Tea’s decision will be final and binding.
